Refund policy

At Pet Boddy, your satisfaction is our top priority! We want you and your furry friends to love every product you receive from us. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
  • Items must include all original tags, accessories, and manuals (if applicable).
  • You’ll need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened pet food, grooming products, or personalized/custom items unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
We’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund once the issue is verified.
Please include clear photos of the product and packaging when you contact us.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email that your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your order included free shipping, a small shipping fee may be deducted from your refund.

4. Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only for defective or damaged items.
If you need a different size, color, or product, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

5. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
After that, we may have already begun processing your order, and cancellation may not be possible.

6. How to Start a Return

Include your order number, product name, and reason for return.
Our team will guide you through the return process and provide a return shipping address.

7. Exceptions

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Perishable or opened pet consumables (treats, food, supplements)
